Following its successful inauguration in 2024, GHMUN has returned for its third annual conference at full capacity. Students will be assigned a country and topic, enabling them to roleplay as delegates in a hands-on exploration of international affairs. This full-day UN simulation offers a practical foundation in international relations and diplomacy. Given Houston’s significance on the world stage, the resolutions and topics debated by our students hold the potential to shape future international communities, markets, alliances, and economies.
Remember, MUN is about learning, listening, and working together to find creative solutions to complex global challenges. We encourage you to approach this experience with an open mind, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to learn.
From debating in committee, networking with other peers, and acting as a delegate, we hope you leave with new knowledge, friendships, and a deeper understanding of the world.
Best of luck, and welcome to the MUN community!
